Birth & Beyond is an award-winning home visitation program
that offers early prevention support for pregnant women or
families with newborns 0 to 6 months. Target zip code areas
are as follows: 95811, 95814, 95817, 95820, and 95824.
The
goal of the program is to help build strong families, meet
the needs of growing infants, and ensure that every baby receives
medical care.
